The SVS-700-FP1k and SVS-700-FP10k fiber penetrators are ideal devices to allow fiber passage through the wall of a pressure or vacuum vessel. The standard model offers an ST style receptacle on the wet side and an LC connector connected to a 500mm singlemode fiber on the wet side. There are two ratings: 10,000 psi/7,000m for high pressure and 1,000 psi/700m for low pressure. The fiber penetrator has an M10 x 1.5 thread and can accommodate wall thickness up to 25 mm. It is ideally suited for Blue Robotics Watertight Enclosures or our range of SVS-720 1,2 & 3 Fiber Pass Penetrators for SAAB Seaeye ROV’s. The SVS-7009FP1k/10k is made from corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel.
